Realizó estudios en derecho (abogado) y literatura & lingüística (licenciado en letras) en la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, obteniendo máximos honores académicos (summa cum laude) y reconocimientos por excelencia intelectual. También obtuvo maestrías en derecho y literatura en Harvard Law School y en la Universidad de Salamanca respectivamente, consolidando una formación marcada por la convergencia entre humanidades, letras y pensamiento internacional.

A lo largo de su trayectoria ha impulsado proyectos editoriales y colecciones especializadas vinculadas al petróleo, el gas, el derecho, la economía, la geopolítica y la cultura, promoviendo el diálogo entre técnica, civilización e ideas.
